Admin-Customer Service


This position will enhance the effectiveness of the Customer Experience department by providing high level of administrative support to the VP Customer Experience and may support other Director-level leadership. Solves complex support issues/problems with a high level of confidence and discretion.

Primary accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Perform various complex administrative functions which may be of a confidential/sensitive nature including prioritizing incoming information and/or appointments, managing leadership’s calendars and schedules.
  • Prepare multiple and various reports by collecting and analyzing information.
  • Utilize Microsoft office programs and others as necessary to prepare and provide presentations, spreadsheets, charts, graphs and organizational charts.
  • Research, compile and summarize information to create correspondence and respond to inquiries from internal and external customers.
  • Manage all business travel, including reservations, completion of expense reports, and follow up on payment of expenses.
